I must admit I have only read your book (my 3rd) just recently and is amazed that I have not done so when I bought your book for the first time in 2006. They have all been gifts to my husband and my foreign friends! I will buy a fourth book for my family and I.
I, like you grew up in Penang, studied aboard and lived in Malacca for the past 20 years. I travel home to Penang alot because of family and am very keen in keeping the family history alive for the future generation. My sisters and I have found that our family in Penang spans 5 generations or more, so we are hoping to gather enough information and maybe document them. The first thing we wish to do is to have a family reunion.
